A dynamic leader in India’s cooperative movement, known for championing inclusive, community-driven development models. As the Chairman of UAMMCL, he has played a pivotal role in shaping India’s first decentralized, women-led FMCG and agri supply chain ecosystem.
With a background in finance and grassroots leadership, Mr. Dogra also serves as Chairman & CEO of the Jammu and Kashmir Dairy Cooperative Federation Ltd., and as Vice President of the Federation of Indian Blood Donors Organizations. His work spans agri-innovation, rural entrepreneurship, digital infrastructure, and social welfare—rooted in a strong belief that cooperation is the key to Bharat’s transformation.
He holds an MBA in Finance and has dedicated his career to empowering farmers, women, and underserved communities through technology-integrated cooperative models.
2022 – Present Chairman, Unati Agri Allied and Marketing Multistate Cooperative Society Ltd. (UAMMCL) Leading national initiatives in cooperative-led supply chains, women empowerment, and rural entrepreneurship through models like Unati Behan and Farm-to-Fork.
